As a parent myself, I know how tough it can be to cope with the challenges of sleep deprivation while trying to provide the best possible start for your baby. That's why I offer personalized sleep training services that are designed to alleviate the pain and stress that comes with trying to get your baby to sleep through the night.

My approach is both effective and empathetic, recognizing the emotional and physical toll that sleepless nights can take on both you and your baby. Through our journey together, I'll work with you to identify the root cause of your baby's sleep issues and develop a bespoke plan that fits your unique situation.

Your baby's sleeping environment is important. I help you teach your baby that her place of sleep is safe. I also give you access to an abundance of well-researched advice and information so that you can make informed decisions and choose the best course of action for yourself and your loved ones.

Cultivating Healthy Habits

Sleep training is about the nurture of healthy and sustainable habits that will set up your baby for life. The consistency will not only help your baby to know what to expect, he will learn that sleep is something to look forward to!

Sleep Shaping - 0-3 Months

Consistency is key for anyone, no matter their age. Newborn babies won't have yet found their rhythm but you can help them by cultivating healthy and sustainable habits for sleep.

Sleep Training: 6 months - 3 years

Instilling habits with a nurturing and loving approach to help your little one sleep soundly. 

Sleep Reclaim: 3-6 years

It's possible that your baby's sleep was once consistent, but changes such as transitioning to a bed or the arrival of a sibling have disrupted it. Regardless of the cause, don't worry: sleep challenges do not have to be permanent.
